• Question: Is there any evidence, specifically in educational settings, to say that a strong school culture (i.e. teachers all sharing common beliefs about education) results in better outcomes for students?

That’s a great question. This is not my area of expertise, but I can pass along a couple of links that may help.

One challenge with studying school culture is that there are many ways to define and measure it, which makes interpreting findings and comparing across studies tricky.

Here is a brief that discusses evidence related to supporting students, although I’m sorry that this is mostly in a U.S. context (https://goo.gl/s51vkh). If you happen to be interested in an in-depth look, you can find a full-text version of the related review paper (across different types of studies and different facets of school climate) here (https://goo.gl/on33D3).
